Kullanım Kuralları Maç yapmak halı saha forması isteyen takımlar 2 (iki) gün öncesinden dilekçe (www.ituspor.itu.edu.tr adresinde yer almaktadır) ve dekont ile Beden Eğitimi Bölüm Başkanlığı'na müracaatta bulunurlar. Pazartesi maçları için müracaat Cuma gününden yapılır. Tesis Kullanım saatleri Beden Eğitimi Bölüm Başkanlığı'nın belirttiği saatler çerçevesinde olmaktadır. Her rezervasyon bir saatlik kullanımlar için olup, iptaller 1 (bir) gün öncesinden sorumlu kişiye bildirilmelidir. Halı Saha İTÜ öğrencileri, akademik, idari personel ve diğer kullanıcıların kullanımına açıktır. Tüm kullanıcıların spora başlamadan önce bir doktora danışmaları ve onay almaları tavsiye edilir. Herhangi bir ucuz forma çalışmada sorun yaratabilecek bir sağlık problemi olanların tesisten yararlanmadan önce görevli kişilere durumlarını bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. İTÜ Beden Eğitimi Bölümü, sportif bir faaliyetten dolayı yaşanacak sağlık problemlerinden sorumlu tutulamaz. Malzemeler (top, yelek) kimlik kartı karşılığı verilmektedir. Takımlar en az 15 forma yaptırma dakika önceden hazır olur ve kendilerine tahsis edilen soyunma odasında hazırlanırlar. Soyunma odası dışında giyinmek veya eşya bırakmak uygun değildir, soyunma odasında veya saha da çalınma ve kaybolma durumlarında sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Takımlar maça başlamadan önce dekontu görevliye teslim eder ve soyunma odası anahtarları kendilerinde kalır. Maç esnasında yüksek sesle ve küfürlü konuşmak uygun değildir. Aktivite boyunca uygun davranışlarda bulunulmalı ve forma tasarla görevli personelin uyarıları dikkate alınmalıdır. Saha içerisinde su dışında yiyecek içecek tüketilmesi yasaktır. Saha içerisinde sigara içmek kesinlikle yasaktır. Halı sahada çivili krampon giymek, spora uygun olmayan kıyafetle tesisleri kullanmak kesinlikle yasaktır. Kramponla sahaya girilmesi tavsiye edilmez, halı saha ayakkabıları ile maç yapılması tavsiye edilir. Maçta iki takımın renklerinin aynı olması durumunda yelek (ayrımlık) kimlik karşılığında verilir, verilen yelekler maç sonrası sayıyla geri alınır. Kullanıcılara ait her türlü özel eşyanın saha içinde bulundurulmaması gerekmektedir. Saha görevlisi tarafından size tahsis edilen kilitli odaların kullanılması önemle rica olunur. Soyunma odalarındaki kurallara lütfen uyunuz: Suyu açık bırakmamak, giderleri tıkayıcı maddeler atmamak vb. Maç sonrası giyindikten sonra oda anahtarını görevliye teslim ediniz. Odalarda ve tesisteki oluşacak arızalar son kullanan takımların sorululuğundadır. Malzemelere zarar verildiği takdirde malzemenin ücreti temin edilir. Demir başlara verilen zararlar için ise İTÜ disiplin yönetmeliği uygulanır. Kaybolan malzemeler ve bulunan eşyalar kayıp eşya bölümüne teslim edilir. Yukarıda açıklanan kurallar güvenliğiniz içindir. Her kullanıcı halı sahaya girdiğinde bu kurallara uymayı kabul etmiş sayılır. Yukarıda belirtilen kurallara uymayan takım ya da kişiler hakkında öğrenci disiplin yönetmeliği uygulanacaktır. Abonelerin abonelikleri iptal edilecektir.

Piero Topputo Executive Chef & PartnerPiero Topputo grew up in Gravina Di Puglia, a small town in Southern Italy. His mother demonstrated early on that a satisfying meal in a warm, congenial setting is not only goodfor the body, but also nourishing for the soul. Topputo has strived to create that kind of experience for the people he’s served throughout his decades in the restaurant business. Inspired and mentored by his mother who “taught him everything she knows”, Topputo embarked on a formal education in Culinary Arts at the Hotellerie School in Matera. Upon graduating, he began working in food service at various hotels and restaurants throughout Italy and England. Topputo came to the United States in 1991 and settled in Los Angeles, where he began working for the Toscana Group as a cook at Oli’-Ola’ Restaurant in Pacific Palisades. He went on to open the group’s Toscana Restaurant in Encino and was eventually promoted to the position of Executive Chef at their Brentwood location. It was there that he met his friend and current business partner, Mario Sabatini. In 2009, Topputo took the position as Executive Chef of Caruso Affiliated’s Trattoria Amici at the Americana at Brand in Glendale, where he remained until 2014. Now, Topputo and Sabatini are able to fulfill their longstanding dream of partnering with the opening of Forma, which features updated versions of traditional foods that have been staples in his family throughout the years. This enormous map, measuring ca. 18.10 x 13n meters (ca. 60 x 43 feet), was carved between 203-211 CE and covered an entire wall inside the Templum Pacis in Rome. It depicted the groundplan of every architectural feature in the ancient city, from large public monuments to small shops, rooms, and even staircases. Forma can only be used on equipment that has already been ranked to 30 and, when used, said equipment is reset to rank 0 ( forma tasarla ). Warframes and Warframe Skills will be reduced to rank 0. Forma can be used again on already polarized equipment, provided that it is leveled to 30 again. Orokin Catalysts and Orokin Reactors are unaffected by the usage of Forma. Re-leveling equipment after using forma yaptırma on it does not grant mastery points.

To apply a Forma, click Arsenal and equip the desired item. Scroll over the item in the arsenal. Select Action at the bottom of the screen, then choose Polarize, which will show a layout of the item's mod slots and polarities. Click on a slot to cycle through the possible polarities. A slot that already has a polarity (either by default or from a prior polarization) can also be changed.
